Who provides Your Move

Your Move is provided by Vereant Pty Ltd, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Contact help@joinyourmove.com for app support and hello@joinyourmove.com for general enquiries.

Access to the pilot

The current pilot is limited to invited members with an existing account. Use your own profile, keep your private sign-in code confidential and follow the installation instructions provided for your store account. A group invitation does not create an account, promise store access or open public registration.

Browsing this website does not enrol you in a challenge. In the app, read the challenge details and choose whether to join. Health permissions and sharing remain separate choices.

Challenges and results

The pilot is free. There are no entry fees, purchases, cash pools, debt balances, prizes payable by Your Move or payouts. Each challenge has its own name, goal, dates and group timezone.

Eligible recorded-workout active calories determine rankings, with exercise minutes shown for context. Resting energy, whole-day calorie totals and body weight do not determine rankings. Manual or deleted workout entries do not count; equal totals share a rank. Consent, source and date rules affect eligibility.

Measurements can be missing, delayed or incompatible. Android uploads and scoring are disabled during Samsung validation. Raise a disputed reading with the organiser before results are finalised. Device estimates do not measure effort perfectly.

Respect for other people

Use your own records. Do not invent workouts, impersonate another person, try to bypass account protections, pressure others to disclose health information or distribute their private information. Keep competition and feedback respectful.

Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances. There is no obligation to exercise through pain, injury or illness. Your Move is not a medical device or a diagnosis or treatment service and does not promise weight loss or a particular health outcome.

Your information

The privacy notice explains the information used, sharing choices and request process. Weight tracking is optional and private by default. Sharing it exposes existing and future entries to your current group until you turn sharing off. Individual workout rows remain private to your account.

Availability and changes

This is beta software. Features may be incomplete and faults or interruptions may occur. Device compatibility and availability differ by platform and testing invitation. We may change or pause pilot features or restrict access where needed to protect participants or the service.

Material changes to these terms will be identified with a new version date. Challenge rules should be explained before a new challenge starts. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

You retain rights you hold in material you provide, such as your profile photograph. Provide only content you have permission to use. We use it to provide the app features you choose, as described in the privacy notice.

The home-page photograph is an AI-created brand illustration, not a customer photograph or testimonial. Apple, Google, Samsung and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. Their mention explains compatibility and does not imply endorsement.

Questions or leaving the pilot

You can stop taking part in a challenge or using the app. For help, an account request or a concern, contact help@joinyourmove.com. Signing out or uninstalling is not account deletion; request deletion through Help.
